All our life we have pursued happiness through people and things that make us feel comfortable, secure or stimulated; yet have we truly succeeded? In this course--based on the renowned Eight Verses of Training the Mind--we will learn step-by-step instructions which can to lead to the happiness we and others long for. The course is based on the book, "The New Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness."
Each class will consist of guided meditations, a practical talk, and time for group discussion.
